Description:  Two old buildings forming an ‘L’shape.  Both buildings have been rendered to most elevations.  In the main house the ground floor remains as original cantina but new lintels and new windows have been installed and external walls newly plastered. Comments:  At first sight the property looks quite imposing but shabby and some of the external features such as the outdoor room/conservatory, loggias and terraces really need a serious overhaul. These are all relatively small projects in the grand scheme of things, but as is usual they are the features that add character to the building. Internally there are some lovely original features, cotto floors, beams and stone stairs, hard to find in a habitable property at this price. The two houses although joined have separate entrances, perfect if you are looking at an investment property for summer letting.  It’s only 10 minutes drive to Sarnano, a popular spot for tourists with its market, cafes, shops and restaurants.
