Casa Renzo in Montegiorgio, is a beautiful, newly renovated, old brick farmhouse with wooden beams throughout. The property sits in a rolling green landscape and is located on a tarmac road with no through traffic and boasts stunning, panoramic views with the magnificent, historic town of Montegiorgio to the south and spectacular sunsets over the Sibillini Mountains to the west. It would be difficult to find a more tranquil location and still be within walking distance of a charming old town.
Location: Montegiorgio is in the Province of Ascoli Piceno in Le Marche region. The nearest airports are Ancona (1 hour drive away) and Pescara (1 hour 20 drive away). Rome is about 3 - 3 and a half hours drive away. One of the cheapest ways to travel is on one of the Ryanair low cost flights from London Stansted airport.

The Accommodation: Sleeps 6 + 2   There are two double bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 twin) on the first floor. Double doors from both bedrooms open onto a large outside balcony with views over the Sibillini Mountains.  The third double bedroom on the ground floor (1 double bed) has double doors opening to the outside with views of Montegiorgio. There are also 2 chair beds in a separate recreation room on the ground floor providing extra sleeping space.

2 x Bathrooms  A shower room with toilet and basin on the ground floor (double access from the recreation room and utility room) and a bathroom with toilet and basin on the 1st floor (shared en-suite to both bedrooms).

Living Room / Dining  The living room is large with a cast-iron wood burning stove with door opening onto loggia. The dining table seats 6 but will extend to allow seating for 8 comfortably.

Kitchen. The kitchen is top of the range with quality fittings and an eye-level oven and grill. Double doors open onto loggia.

Utility Room. The utility room has a washing machine and space to manage all your washing needs.

Information and Terms and Conditions:

We will hold dates provisionally until your booking form and non-returnable deposit (payable by Pounds Sterling cheque) have been received at our address, when your booking will be confirmed.

The balance with a security deposit of £150 is payable 8 weeks prior to the period of rental. The security deposit will be used to offset any costs against breakages or damages incurred during your stay. Accidents do happen so please let us know immediately if anything gets broken or damaged, it may be repairable without any cost to you. If all is well, your security deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks following your departure.

The price includes cleaning at the end of your stay but cleaning products, vacuum cleaner etc. are available and it is expected that as guests, you will keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.

A mobile telephone with 10 euros of credit is available for local calls, booking restaurants etc. and for emergencies.

Electric current is the same as UK.

No smoking or animals allowed on the premises.

Insurance: We strongly recommend that you take out full holiday travel insurance to cover medical problems, loss, injury or damage to yourself and your belongings, travel delays and cancellation insurance. We can accept no liability whatsoever in any of these circumstances.

A welcome pack of food and wine is provided together with a supply of basic cooking ingredients, salt, pepper and other herbs to save you having to buy them in quantity.

During the cooler months, Gas (LPG) central heating is available and is charged according to use but there will be a supply of logs available for use with the cast-iron wood-burning stove for chilly evenings.

Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.

Directions to the property and any other relevant information will be supplied nearer the time of your period of rental.
